ABOUT

Vincent Galarneau is a multidisciplinary practionner. Trained in ecology, anthropology and sculpture, he is passionate about photography. With his camera, he explores the landscape at multiple scales and nurture his infinite curiosity.

 

Based in Quebec, Canada, he has made several study tour in Europe, the US and Central America, where he has focused his photographic attention on urban forms, agriculture and biodiversity.

He is the founder of Microtextures, an online art gallery dedicated to experimental macro and micro photography. His current photographic project, The Secret Life of Fluids, aims to unveil the complex and life-like patterns generated by fluid interactions.

 

In addition to his art, Vincent is an author, speaker and environmental consultant involved in the development of sustainable communities. He dwells in his small forest farm on the edge of the Laurentian mountains.
